• Once your order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible due to our automated fulfillment process.

• Tracking information will be sent to your email once the order ships.

3. Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns or offer replacements only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind, color preference, or incorrect size ordered.

• You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return or replacement.
